The components of members in the Siem Reap Chamber of Commerce, there are fifteen membership as elected members; advisory members and ordinary members.

I. Ordinary members:

are the Cambodian or foreign business enterprises duly registered. They have the right to vote in the election for choose the elected members, except for the foreign ordinary members. They have no right attends the monthly meeting of elected members.

The Ordinary shall be selected in which of three criteria:

 - The representative from organizations or associations or the owner of commercial, industrial & 
   handicraft, agricultural, and services enterprises who takes part in economic process.
 - The official representative in management of commercial, industrial & handicraft, agricultural, and
   services enterprises.
 - The employee representative in commercial enterprise, industrial & handicraft, agricultural, and
   services enterprises.
