The components of members in the Siem Reap Chamber of Commerce, there are fifteen membership as elected members; advisory members and ordinary members.

I. Advisory members:

are representatives of enterprise, business, association, and can be foreigner investors. Advisor can participate in the meeting but in an advisory capacity only. The number of advisors as not allowed exceeds the number of elected members.

The Advisor shall be selected in which of three criteria:

 - The representative from organizations or associations or the owner of commercial, industrial &
   handicraft, agricultural, and services enterprises who takes part in economic process.
 - The official representative in management of commercial, industrial & handicraft, agricultural, and
   services enterprises.
 - The employee representative in commercial enterprise, industrial & handicraft, agricultural, and
   services enterprises.
